2022年12月，Bio Innovation Service發(fā)布了歐盟RoHS指令Pack 23最終評估報告，旨在對RoHS附件III中12項豁免是否延期提出意見，豁免條款分別為4(f)、8(b)、8(b)(I)、9、9(a)(II)、13(a)、13(b)、13(b)(I)、13(b)(II)、13(b)(III)、15、15(a)，其中8(b)(I)為電觸點的鎘豁免，需重點關(guān)注。后續(xù)歐盟委員會將根據(jù)該評估報告的建議對上述12項豁免做出正式修訂。
現(xiàn)行豁免與評估報告建議具體內(nèi)容如下：
